Autralia's Evan O'Hanlon wins Men's 200m T38 gold

Autralia's Evan O'Hanlon won the gold of the Men's 200m T38 with a time of 21.98 seconds and set a new world record at the National Stadium,also known as the Bird's Nest,during the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games in Beijing on September 14, 2008. China's Zhou Wenjun took the silver.
