About 2,000 policemen and firefighters were mobilized Sunday to tame a fire which ravaged at least 20 hectares of forest in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality. The fire broke out at about 2:30 p.m. in Dadukou District and was continuing as of 10 p.m. No casualties have been reported. Residents near the fire have been evacuated. The cause of the fire is being investigated, officials said. [Xinhua]
