Citizens watch the flood water in Qionghai City, south China's Hainan Province, Oct. 5, 2010. Heavy rains will hit Leizhou Peninsula and Hainan Province where heavy rain has pounded for four days and the average precipitation has exceeded 200 mm in most parts, according to the local weather bureau.
