Indigenous Taiwan goats from Taipei Zoo prepare to travel to the mainland, March 29, 2011. Many Taiwan children came to the zoo on Thursday to wish them a good journey along with a pair of spotted deer, before their crossing of the Taiwan Strait to Weihai, in eastern Shandong province. In 2008, the mainland had sent a pair of giant pandas, Tuan Tuan and Yuan Yuan, to Taiwan as gifts.
