Photo taken on Aug. 23, 2011 by a mobile phone shows people carrying out rescue operation at Hengtai Coal Mine in Boli County of Qitaihe City, northeast China's Heilongjiang Province. A flooding happened around noon Tuesday when 32 miners in Hengtai Coal Mine were working underground. Six miners were lifted out of the shaft while 26 others were still trapped.
