The Chinese Buddha sacred tooth relic is carried from the airplane at Mandalay Airport, Mandalay, Myanmar, on Dec. 8, 2011. The Chinese Buddha sacred tooth relic, after being placed in Yangon for 16-day public obeisance, was conveyed to Mandalay's Maha Atulawaiyan Pagoda Thursday for continued public obeisance by the local residents. It is the fourth time that the Chinese Buddha sacred tooth relic was brought to the country for 48-day public obeisance. [Xinhua/Lu Zihua]
