Chen Chen is from Shanxi Province. A graduate with a major in fashion design, she hopes to find a job in Beijing and continue learning the latest knowledge related to her major. It's not easy to find a satisfying job. She has undertaken 15 interviews in almost 15 days since she first came to the city, but all her efforts have ended in failure. She hopes to find a job as soon as possible and then share an apartment with her classmates. She knows that it's difficult to solve the problems associated with not having a Beijing Hukou (household registration for residence permit). "Whether I will live in Beijing depends on my future development here," she said. In this picture taken on July 20, 2017, she is on her way to a garment company for an interview.
