Spanish soccer giant Real Madrid on Sunday lost 3-1 at its home Santiago Bernabeau Stadium to Mallorca, which is in the relegation zone, in the last match of the Spanish soccer league.

Real scored the first goal in the 19th minute through Gonzalo Higuain, but the team's play was mediocre in general.

Mallorca equalized in the 25th minute with a Juan Arango goal. Cleber Santana and Alhassane Keit added one goal apiece.

Many players fielded by Real were playing their last match for the team, including Fabio Cannavario, who will move to Turin team Juventus.
