Blackburn Rovers striker Roque Santa Cruz will move to English Premier League rivals Manchester City, announced the two clubs on Monday.

The 27-year-old Paraguay international, who signed for Rovers from Bundesliga side Bayern Munich in 2007, has signed with the City but no details of the deal were made public.

Santa Cruz links up again with City manager Mark Hughes who signed him while in charge at Rovers.
