AC Milan midfielder Sulley Muntari has been banned for three games following his dismissal in the Milan derby on Sunday.

The Ghana international, 29, was sent off in the 1-0 Milan's defeat at San Siro for his altercation with Zdravko Kuzmanovic.

Muntari will miss the club's Serie A ties with Atalanta, Sassuolo and Verona.
