Spurs top Bulls for 7th straight win

The San Antonio Spurs won the seventh straight game after beating the Chicago Bulls on Tuesday.

The Spurs took in hand the NBA league-best 47-16 record after the victory, 0.5 game over the Indiana Pacers and the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Manu Ginobili scored 22 points for the Spurs. Tony Parker made 20 points and nine assists. Kawhi Leonard added 16 points.

The Spurs had won 10 of their last 11 games after Tuesday's win.

D.J. Augustin topped the Bulls with 24 points. Jimmy Butler had 23 points. Joakim Noah finished with 13 points and eight rebounds.

The Spurs would next play the Portland Trail Blazers on Wednesday.
