The Nook Color, unveiled by top U.S. book retailer Barnes & Noble, claims to be the perfect tablet for people who love to read. The 7-inch, 8 GB device has always touted itself as the ideal compromise between an e-book reader and a full-blown tablet. Updated to the Android 2.2 OS, the product still cannot run the full Android Market app store. Statistics show that 75 percent of the little device's users are females, who love reading e-books, browsing full-color magazines and playing games. It had been one of the cheapest Android tablets on the market before Amazon's Kindle Fire was announced.
