Ji'an City in Jilin Province [baike.baidu.com] 
Ji'an, a city in southwestern Jilin Province, is separated from Manpo, North Korea, by the Yalu River. It is one of the three largest ports between China and North Korea and a beautiful and historic transport hub. In 2004, the Capital Cities and Tombs of the ancient Goguryeo Kingdom, located in Ji'an were listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
