Yuanwang Mansion, also known as the "City in the Sky," is a super skyscraper located in Changsha, the capital city of Hunan Province. It will stand at 838 meters in height and have 220 floors, 10 meters higher and 50 floors more than the world's current tallest building, Burj Khalifa in Dubai. It is designed to contain residential units, hotels, schools, a hospital and offices buildings. It can be a home for 30,400 people and will have 16 panoramic and 31 super high speed elevators. The construction period will only last for seven months and it is expected to be completed in 2013.
