Avenue des Champs-Élysées in France

The Avenue des Champs-Élysées is perhaps the most famous, and according to the French, most beautiful avenue in the world. It boasts superb architecture, cutting edge fashion and world class entertainment in one of the most romantic, charming settings. The avenue is 1800 meters in length and 100 meters wide. Its east section features beautiful natural scenery with grasslands on both sides, while the west section contains most of the high-end fashion outlets. Many well-known French monuments also sit on the avenue, including the Arc de Triomphe and the Place de la Concorde.
