Qianmen Street, along with the adjacent Dashilan shopping street, composes one of the oldest and best-known shopping districts in Beijing. Running south from Tiananmen Square, along the Beijing central axis, this 845-meter-long commercial pedestrian street blends modernity with traditional Chinese architecture and culture. Here, visitors can find time-honored local brands such as Quanjude roast duck, Ruifuxiang silk shop, and Neiliansheng shoes store.
