Situated in Dongsi, Dongcheng district, the 600-year-old Longfu Temple Area was once the only temple in Beijing to accommodate both lamas and monks, and a famous venue for temple fairs. Now, after several rounds of renovations, the area has become a trendy landmark in the city; a new commercial complex that combines office buildings, art galleries, cafes, bookstores, co-working spaces, boutique restaurants, and bars.
