3. The Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate issued a series of judicial interpretations and documents related to copyrights.

In 2020, the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate issued the "Opinions on Strengthening the Protection of Copyright and Copyright-related Rights," "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening the Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property Rights," "Opinions on Strengthening the Punishment of Intellectual Property Infringements in Accordance with the Law," "Interpretations on Several Issues Concerning the Specific Application of Law in Handling Criminal Cases of Intellectual Property Infringement (III)," "Guidelines on Trial of Civil Cases Involving Intellectual Property Rights on E-commerce Platforms," "Provisions on Evidence in Civil Litigation of Intellectual Property Rights," and a series of other documents. 


These judicial interpretations and documents on intellectual property have reinforced the judicial protection of intellectual property rights and fully demonstrate the firm attitude of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate in strengthening intellectual property protection. In particular, the "Opinions on Strengthening the Protection of Copyright and Copyright-related Rights" have made clear provisions on how to strengthen the protection of the rights and interests of creators in accordance with the law and have vigorously improved the quality and effectiveness of case trials.
