Last November, participating countries adopted the Glasgow Climate Pact at the end of 26th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP26) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in Glasgow, U.K.

The document takes "science and urgency" as its first section, emphasizing the importance of the best available science for effective climate action and policymaking.
