CITM 2009 features novelty designs and new products, with Snail Game’s unique 3D virtual tour program being one of them. Snail Game was one of the earliest online 3D game-developing companies in China. Its previous martial arts game, MMORPG, uses high-precision simulations that enable players to feel as if the experience is real.

Snail Game’s new development at CITM is a 3D virtual travel game. It takes tourist destinations and transplants them to the Internet. Players can “travel” to places such as Huqiu, Suzhou’s number one sight-seeing spot, and experience them in 360-degrees. Some say that Huqiu in the virtual world provides such a vivid experience that it is similar to being there in person.

The game allows any travel destination to be made into a 3D virtual scene, giving users a "real" sensory experience. It is similar to other 3D video games, only as there are no evil guys to fight, you can take a break from the game, make yourself a cup of coffee, or shop online.
