Daoxianghu Natural Wetland Park – Harvesting the Nature

Encompassing 11.8 square kilometers, Daoxianghu Natural Wetland Park, is situated in Sujiatuo village, Haidian District, some 30 miles from downtown Beijing. It is financed by local farmers and is famous for its idyllic environment.

Surrounded on three sides by hills, the park was established in 1984. With a 40-hectare natural lake as the centerpiece, the park is an ideal place for fishing. Squares of rice fields carpet the open land beside the lake, drawing groups of visitors in autumn when the fields turn golden.

The park also offers various modern entertainment facilities such as electronic games and karaoke rooms.

How to get there

Take Bus NO.330 and get off at Xixiaoying Station.
