Jiuzhaigou Jiuzhaigou, all about colors.

In Jiuzhai, you can get into the fresh mountain air, gazing at snowcapped peaks, look down on the amazing colors in the lakes, surrounded by a thousand differently colored plants and leaves, and also stroll through the Tibetan villages, experiencing Tibetan architecture and religious imagery.

Visit Jiuzhai in Autumn is quite a fantastic experience. Autumn is the best time to view maple leaves there. The colorful leaves and forests are reflected on the bright and clear lakes. Fallen leaves are floating on the surface of water. The sky is vast and brightly blue. So many beautiful landscapes are created by the great nature. The leaves usually change color from the end of September and fall at the end of October, which means winter comes. However, the season offers more than that. A lot of ethnic events and folk culture activities began to perform at this time of the year, such as the mysterious religious rituals, unique Tibetan wedding ceremony, Tibetan food festival, dragon dancing and lion dancing, etc.
