Dameisha International Sand Sculpture Festival

Shenzhen Dameisha International Sand Sculpture Festival is a themed festival. Bask in the sunlight of laughter and gay in the Dameisha Beach to relish the epicurean delight. This celebration is often associated with the legend of "two sculptor brothers". They spent three consecutive weeks in a stretch to formulate "Legends of All Eras".

This construction resembles the figure of an eagle in the posture of taking a flight to the azure sky to venture in the kingdom of clouds. The main figure is about seven meters tall which is similar to the Diwang Mansion and the World Trade Centre. These replicas establish the fact of Shenzhen's fast economic boom. The sculptures which are located on the left hand side portray the legends and chronologies of China such as Pangu, Nuwa and Chang'e, representing the Chinese goddess of moon.
