Visiting: Xiamen and Earth Buildings

Brief Introduction:   

In Xiamen, there are beautiful beaches, parks, museums and interesting cultural attractions for you to visit. Gulangyu, a delightful island just 10 minute ferry ride from the heart of down town, is honored as “Island of Piano”.

Day 1

Destinations: Arrive at Xiamen

Today's Activities:Tour to Gulangyu Island. Gulangyu Island, a major scenic spot and enjoys a laudatory title of the "Garden on the Sea". Small lanes among flowers, trailers are completely free from noise of vehicles and filled with fragrance and melodious music, giving one sense of fairyland. Here, visitor will view the Sunlight Rock, Shuzhuang private Garden and Moon Garden.

Meals: Lunch

Day 2

Destinations: Xiamen

Today's Activities:The West part of Fujian province is a rural area dominated by rugged terrain and farmland. The Hakka inhabitants, an ethnic minority, made earth buildings s (Tulou) for their clan homes and they are found beside the streams flowing from the highlands. Over twenty thousand of these houses still stand today, ten of which are over 600 years old. The oldest one, “Fu Xing Lou” in Hu Le town, was constructed over 1,200 years ago and is regarded as a “living fossil” of the construction style of central China.

Day 3

Destinations: Depart from Xiamen

Today's Activities:Free time and then transfer to airport for your next destination.
