Located in the Huaqiao Town, Nanshan District, Shenzhen Window of the World (深圳世界之窗) is one of the most famous scenic spots in Shenzhen. It covers an area of 480,000 square meters and houses replicas of the world's wonders, historical heritages and famous scenic sites.

The park consists of eight parts, including World Plaza, Oriental Zone, Oceania Region, European region, Africa regions, Modern Technology and Recreational Region, World Sculpture Garden, and International Street. It has 130 scenic spots in total, which are all worlds' historical heritages including the Egyptian pyramids, the Grand Canyon, St. Peter's Basilica, the Toure Pendente and the Taj Mahal. The entire masterpiece is built at ratios of 1:1, 1:5 or 1:15.

Also the transportation facilities in the Window of the World are perfect which includes tour bus, ancient European-style carriage and rubber raft. The easy transportation also offers travelers an unforgettable experience. At the International business and service areas, visitors can find churches, markets and streets, and is the ideal place for resting and shopping.

There are numerous restaurants to taste delicious local foods and world cuisines such as French, Italian, Japanese and Thai foods.

Visiting during a festival time is another way to enjoy this replica park. During summer holidays, the International Beer Festival is one of the tourist attractions and in December, Santa Claus welcomes New Year's approach. Following this, the World Dance and Singing Gala is held during the Spring Festival.

How to get there:

By Subway:

Take Shenzhen Metro Line 1 and get off at Shijiezhichuang (Window of the World) station

By Public Bus:

From the railway station, take sightseeing bus no.1 or bus no.101

From the airport, take bus no.327 to Window of the World directly.

From other parts of Shenzhen, take bus no. 21, 26, 105, 113, 201, 204, 209, 210, 222, 223, 230, 232, 233, 234, 301, 311 to "Shijiezhichuang" (Window of the World) station or "Baishizhou" station, pass through the road and walk about 300m, and you will get there.
