Noodles with soy bean paste, old Beijing style 老北京炸酱面

Noodles with soy bean paste, or Zhajiang Mian, is an authentic Beijing daily diet. It is a bowl of noodles mixed up with strips of cucumber, radish and other veggies, topped with a mixture of ground pork stir-fried with Zha jiang (炸酱), which is a salty, fermented soybean paste.
