Located in Zhaojia Village, Tuxi Town, Quxian County, Sichuan Province, Fenghuan tower (冯焕阙) was built in memory of Feng Huan, a famous official of the East Han Dynasty. Feng was the governor of Youzhou, and became very famous and popular due to his righteous battles against evil. However, he died in prison in the second year of Yongning's reign (121).

The towers were built during Yanguang and Yongjian reign (122-132). Originally, there was an east tower and a west tower, however the west tower is no longer standing. The east tower is 3.97 meters high and its construction imitates timberwork style. The tower has been a protected site since the founding of the PRC.
