- Location: Houma City, Shanxi Province

Located at the joint of the Fen River and the Huihe River in Shanxi Province, modern day's Houma was once the Jin State capital city (侯马晋国遗址) of Xintian during China's Autumn and Spring period, and covered 33 square kilometers.

Two distinct sections of the old imperial city have been discovered, including Baidan from the city's earlier period, and Pingwang, Niucun, Taishen, Mazhuang and Chengwang sites from a later period. Excavation has uncovered over 100 bronze and aluminum ingots, as well as bronze casting tools and over 30,000 pottery moulds. A large amount of sacrificial animals such as oxen, horses and goats and some jade coins were excavated from the site.
