Located on the south slope of Liuding Mountain, 5 km to the south of Dunhua City in Jilin Province, the tombs (六顶山古墓群) formed the burial ground for the royal families of the Tang Dynasty Bohai Kingdom. The tomb group is divided into two parts and consists of over 100 tombs and coffins.

Most of the kingdom's constructions and political systems followed those of the Tang Dynasty. The unearthed cultural relics reflect the cultural and social development of the Bohai Kingdom in its early years, which is important material for further research into the history of the Bohai Kingdom.
