Influenced by the periphery circulation of the No. 3 Tropical Storm "Mawar", there have been alternate sunshine and rain in the north and east area of Taiwan recently. The lotuses showered by the rain appear to be extremely charming and beautiful in the Taipei Botanical Garden, attracting many visitors to the park.
