The lay-out reflects the country's long history entwined with grapes and wine. Georgia is the oldest wine producing region in the world. It has been archaeologically proven that the roots of Georgian viticulture are between 7000 and 5000 BC.

Traditional Georgian grape varieties have received international attention. There are 500 different kinds of wine to choose from.

The history of Georgia can be traced back to the ancient kingdoms of Colchis and Iberia in the 4th century. The pavilion also displays the country's archeological discoveries that are so significant, they rewrote European history. The artifacts are silent witness of Georgia's glorious history and culture.

The varied landscape within the nation's boundaries is something that visitors can't get enough of. From the seashore to snow-covered mountains, holiday-makers have many options. Little wonder that Georgia has been dubbed by some the "Garden of God."
