Plan for five-star standard hotel in Zhejiang

The Investment Promotion Bureau of Qujiang District has signed an agreement for Quzhou Jinma Mingdu Hotel to be built with an investment of CNY350 million in Qujiang District, Quzhou, Zhejiang.

Zhan Yueping, vice mayor of Quzhou City, and major officials of Qujiang District, attended the signing ceremony.

The hotel is located at the north of the Dongji Avenue, the west of the Jiangcheng Avenue and the south of the Zhenxing East Road of Qujiang District and covers an area of 72.6 mu. The total construction area of this hotel is about 45,000 square meters including a 35,000-square-meter main building and a 10,000-square-meter attached building.

It will be built to five-star standards combining meeting, residence, dining and entertainment facilities. The hotel is designed to provide 508 guestrooms in a 27-story main building, is scheduled to be opened by March 2012.
