An angry Chinese lawyer has accused Microsoft of perpetrating the biggest ever hacking attack. It's his response to the software giant's controversial move to trigger hourly screen blackouts on Chinese computers using pirated versions of Windows XP.

It seems that Microsoft has been pushed to the edge by the wide-spread piracy of Windows XP in China.
