Seventy planes participated in the Zhuhai aviation exhibition, and more than half of them are private aircraft. According to professionals, in the next ten years, China will soon possess the largest number of private plane owners in the world. It is considered a very important part of the general aviation sector.

Jiang said, FBOs are the cornerstone of the general aviation sector. It is an industry which not only thrives with the development of general aviation but also promotes its development. China’s private plane market will witness a huge increase in the coming few years and FBOs will be there to ensure this process. The issue of being able to afford a plane without being able to pay for a place to service it should not happen again in China’s private plane sector.

Lu said, The opening up of low-altitude airspace for private aviation opens the door for the development of this industry. And the opening of this first FBO in China is surely a sign of good things to come.
