The anti-government United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship (UDD) plans to stage an anti- coup rally at military camps across the country Thursday, a UDD core leader said Wednesday.

The UDD protesters will start their rally at 9 a.m. local time in front of military camps nationwide in a bid to show opposition against the coup, claimed Nathawut Saikua, a UDD core leader, the National News Bureau of Thailand (NNT) under the state-owned Public Relations Department reported.

And in capital Bangkok at 10 a.m. local time, Veera Musikapong, UDD chairman, will read an anti-coup statement as his reading will be simultaneous with that by the UDD protesters or the red-shirted people across the country.
