Thailand's parliament compound Wednesday is surrounded by the anti-government red-shirts and a cabinet meeting was half-way canceled.

However, the cancellation took place after the cabinet resolved to extend the enforcement of the Internal Security Act (ISA) to maintain law and order amid the ongoing mass anti-government rally by the red-shirts in capital Bangkok.

The ISA law's enforcement will be extended until April 20, Thai News Agency reported.
