The first group of relatives of the dead in the Polish president's Tu-154 plane crash has arrived in Moscow from Warsaw, local media reported.

According to a government source, the first group of relatives arrived at Moscow's Sheremetyevo airport at 8:35 p.m. Moscow time. The next group will arrive by night flight from Warsaw at 11:45 Moscow time.

"All relatives will be accommodated at three hotels, Radisson on Olympic Avenue, Marco Polo and Izmailovo," the source said.

Moscow city authorities have provided 150 rooms at the Radisson Hotel for the relatives of the victims, an official in the emergency center set up for the crash told the Itar-Tass news agency. "People call us and ask for assistance. To those who want to come to Moscow we give the name of the hotel and tell them how to get there," the official said.

The emergency center, headed by Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov, would work 24 hours a day to provide the relatives of the crash victims with accommodation in Moscow hotels, transportation, medical, psychological and other help, the official said.

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said at the site of the crash Russia would do its best to help those relatives of the victims.
