Britain's Labour unable to win clear majority in election

Britain's ruling Labour is unable to win a clear majority of 326 seats in the 650-parliament after 524 seats were declared, according to preliminary results published early Friday on the BBC.

The results showed that among the 524 decided seats, the Labour won 199.
