Hu receives credentials of ambassadors

Chinese President Hu Jintao received in Beijing Friday the credentials of eight new foreign ambassadors to China.
The ambassadors were Imron Cotan from Indonesia, Akillino Harris Susaia from Micronesia, who is the first residential ambassador of the Pacific islands state to China, Choi Byong Kwan from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Piamsak Milintachinda from Thailand, Datuk Iskandar Bin Sarudin from Malaysia, Jose Soares from Portugal, Somdy Bounkhoum from Laos and Mehdi Safari from Iran.
