Major General Abdul-Rahman al-Zawi, head of Libya's logistics and supply authority, arrived on a private jet in Egyptian capital Cairo Wednesday, according to a source at the airport.

Zawi is carrying a message from Libya's leader Muammar Gaddafi to the military council running Egypt, added the source.

It went on to say that Zawi will hand over the message to the military council during a meeting today or tomorrow.
