Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner will pay a visit to Nanjing, China on March 31, 2011 and meet with his Chinese government officials to discuss the global outlook and the economic relationship between the two countries in advance of the 2011 U.S.-China Strategic and Economic Dialogue, the U.S. Department of the Treasury announced Friday.

Geithner will also attend the "High-Level Seminar on the International Monetary System" to discuss reforms to the international monetary system and the importance of the G-20 maintaining its focus on supporting a sustainable global recovery, said the Treasury Department.
