KCNA, the official news agency of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), has issued a commentary, reaffirming that DPRK would never deal with South Korea's Lee Myung-bak government.
The commentary said the Lee Myung-bak government is now "pretending to be interested in the north-south dialogue".
The DPRK solemnly declares before the world that it would never deal with the Lee Myung-bak government, it said.
The National Defence Commission of the DPRK said in the statement issued on Dec. 30, 2011 that the DPRK would never make any contacts with the Lee Myung-bak government.
