Thai and Cambodian troops exchanged fire at about 2 p.m. Wednesday along the border near the Ta Kwai ancient temple in Thailand's northeastern province of Surin, injuring one Thai soldier, local media reported.
The Defence Ministry's spokesman of Thailand told Xinhua that they are now checking the information.
