BELGRADE, May 4 (Xinhua) -- Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has been discharged from the Military Medical Academy (VMA) and has suspended his official activities until he recovers, Serbia's First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Sinisa Mali said on Sunday.
"The president is feeling better. He asked me to convey this to all citizens of Serbia. Let us give him a few days of rest. Since he is prescribed a rest, he has canceled all activities for the coming days," Mali said, adding that he believed the president will recover soon.
Mali noted that he has no information about any adjustment to the president's planned visit to Moscow.
Vucic was admitted to the VMA in Belgrade on Saturday after abruptly cutting short his working visit to the United States due to a sudden medical issue. Enditem
