NEW DELHI, June 9 (Xinhua) -- Three people, including an 8-year-old boy, died and a couple of others were injured in two separate mishaps in Delhi on Monday, confirmed a senior official of the Delhi Fire Service.
Two people died when a fire broke out at a vehicle charging station in the Dilshad Garden area of Delhi. Located inside a house, the charging station was meant for e-rickshaws, small vehicles used for transporting people for short distances.
The two received burn injuries and were rushed to a local government hospital, where they were declared dead.
A couple of others who got injured in the incident were admitted to a local hospital.
In a separate incident, an eight-year-old boy died and a 60-year-old man was injured when a two-storey house collapsed in Kamruddin Nagar of West Delhi on Monday.
The injured man was admitted to a local hospital. Enditem
