KABUL, July 15 (Xinhua) -- Police have discovered arms and ammunition, including hand grenades and projectiles, in eastern Afghanistan's Khost province, provincial police spokesman Tahir Ehrar said Tuesday.
Acting on a tip-off, counter-terrorism police raided places in Ismael Khil and Mandozai districts recently and confiscated a quantity of arms and ammunition.
Ehrar said that police will not allow anyone to possess arms illegally. Enditem
