HANOI, Sept. 29 (Xinhua) -- Vietnam's state budget revenue increased 32 percent year-on-year in the first nine months of 2025, local daily newspaper Nhan Dan reported Sunday, citing the General Department of Taxation.
The revenue totaled 117.6 trillion Vietnamese dong (about 4.49 billion U.S. dollars) in September alone, up 118.8 percent from a year earlier, the report added.
Domestic revenue accounted for 113.6 trillion dong (about 4.34 billion U.S. dollars), while crude oil revenue contributed 4 trillion dong (about 152.7 million U.S. dollars), the report said.
Notably, revenue from the digital economy and e-commerce surged 57 percent year-on-year to 145.6 trillion dong (about 5.56 billion U.S. dollars) during the nine-month period, the newspaper noted. Enditem
