SEOUL -- Seventy-three South Korean suspects, who have been detained in Cambodia over alleged involvement in scam crimes, will be forcibly returned home, the presidential Blue House said Thursday.
Presidential spokesperson Kang Yu-jung told a press briefing that a joint investigation team will forcibly repatriate 73 South Korean suspects on Friday morning, as they were accused of defrauding 869 South Koreans of about 48.6 billion won (about 33.1 million U.S. dollars) based in Cambodia. NEW DELHI -- At least 10 Indian army troopers were killed and 10 others injured Thursday after a vehicle carrying them skidded off the mountainous road and fell into a gorge in Indian-controlled Kashmir, officials said.

TOKYO -- Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) on Thursday decided to shut down a reactor at the Kashiwazaki-Kariwa nuclear power plant after an alarm went off during the withdrawal of control rods, only a day after the unit was restarted for the first time in about 14 years.
