BEIJING, Jan. 24 (Xinhua) -- Finnish Prime Minister Petteri Orpo will pay an official visit to China from Sunday to Wednesday at the invitation of Chinese Premier Li Qiang.
Born on Nov. 3, 1969, Orpo graduated from the University of Turku in Finland, and served in the government as minister of agriculture and forestry, minister of the interior, minister of finance and deputy prime minister. He assumed office as prime minister in June 2023.
Orpo is married, has one son and one daughter. Enditem
