TEHRAN -- Iran's Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi left Tehran on Sunday for Geneva for a second round of indirect nuclear talks with the United States, the Foreign Ministry said.

MOSCOW -- Russian forces have seized control of 12 settlements since the start of February despite severe winter conditions, Valery Gerasimov, chief of the general staff of the Russian Armed Forces, said on Sunday.
